The Discovery

The Discovery Model was our 2016 award winning model home and only be seen in our online video. It is located in the Punta Gorda Isles (PGI) neighborhood.

This beautiful home, located on Aqui Esta, is the epitome of indoor/outdoor living. With 12′ to 15′ ceilings in the great room and zero corner doors leading out to the lanai, you can’t help but soak up that wonderful SW Florida sun.

Lighted wood tray ceilings throughout the living area give a warm and inviting ambiance. With the inviting glow of the remote controlled fireplace, and the mica inlay mica-rock on either side of the entertainment area, you are ready for a relaxing evening.

No messy cords or boxes to worry about, they are tucked away next to the hall in their own cabinet. For those evenings when the house is full of guests, the open kitchen inside, with upgraded wood cabinets, and the outside kitchen will allow you to enjoy every exciting moment.
